A mile from the TART trail, a paved bike path that connects Traverse City and Suttons Bay. A great starting point for all the vineyards, orchards, towns and sights of Leelanau County including the towns of Northport, Leland, Glen Arbor and Empire as well as Sleeping Bear Dunes, of course.

There are two Schwinn cruisers as well as three kayaks (two adult, one kids) and a kids stand up paddle board for your use. Basketball hoop on the driveway. this home has it all!
